Gronghui May 22 丨 Greater Bay Area Fusion Power (01189p0werballresults.HK) Announcementp0werballresultsOn March 6, 2024, in Company Winding Proceedings No. 133 of 2024 filed with the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the "High Court") for matters related to the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Cap. 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong), a winding up petition was filed against the company in respect of certain alleged debts due to Li Cheng (the "Petitioner"). The petition has been scheduled for hearing in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at 9:30 am on May 22, 2024.

The petition was filed against the company's failure to settle the alleged total salary arrears in the aggregate amount of HK$75,013 in respect of services provided by the petitioner to the company. The master's hearing in the High Court on 22 May 2024 was postponed to 12 June 2024.
